The next day on the island I wanted to explore the other beaches near Mahon, on the south side of the island. It seems the best beaches on this island require a bit of trecking and going off the-beaten-track...literally so I combined a day of beach and hiking. Camí de Cavalls is an ancient path that encircles the island of Menorca. Starting at Binibeca Nou, I began my coastal hike.

I walked past Cala Binisafúller, Es Calo Blanc, and made it to Cap D'En Font. I continued walking to until I reached Binidalí. Cala Binidalí is a small cove with a white sandy beach and crystal clear blue water. Getting to this beach is not easy, which makes it all the more worthwhile when you finally reach it. To get to this special place you have to walk down a winding path through a pine grove. You won't find any kind of bar here too, so bring everything you need!

Tip: Don't forget to take a picture from the parking lot with a bird's-eye view of the cove. This is an exceptional point of view. This was the perfect spot to enjoy peace and quite. Make sure to bring a good book!

After a day at the beach, I walked back up the path. In the mood for something refreshing?Som Sis is a small beach bar perched on the side of the cliff. Have a seat and take in the views!
